1. Who is responsible

2. What data we process

The website has no registration, user accounts, ordering system or contact form. It does not ask you for any personal data and does not store any itself.

We process personal data (your name, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your message) only when you write or call us yourself, and only to deal with your request.

3. Traffic measurement (Google Analytics)

If you agree in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google, to measure traffic to the website. Google sets cookies and collects anonymised data about your visit (for example the pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type). We use it only to measure and improve the website - advertising features, ad personalisation and Google signals are switched off.

Google Analytics is not loaded at all without your consent. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw or change your consent at any time with the button below or the cookie icon in the page footer.

Your choice is stored only in your own browser (localStorage); it is not sent to any server.

4. Third-party services

When pages are shown, content is loaded in your browser from the providers below. Their own privacy policies apply to the data they receive this way (for example your device's IP address):

• Cloudinary - photographs and images on the website.
• YouTube (Google) - embedded videos; they appear only on pages that contain a video.
• Cloudflare - hosting and delivery of the website.
• Mapy.cz - links to maps only; data is transferred only after you click a link.

5. Cookies and local storage

Strictly necessary technical data (for example your chosen language, the light or dark appearance and your choice in the cookie banner) is stored in your browser and is used only to make the website work. Other cookies (Google Analytics) are set only after you consent.

6. How long we keep data

We keep data from e-mail or phone communication only for as long as needed to deal with your request, and beyond that only as far as the law requires. Google Analytics data is kept according to the settings of our Google Analytics account.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access your personal data and have it corrected,
• have it erased or its processing restricted,
• data portability, and to object to processing,
• withdraw your consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it).
